Flexmar Coatings, LLC, a leading innovator of commercial concrete
coatings, in agreement with Slide-Lok Garage Interiors has introduced a
new polyaspartic based garage floor coating system that provides
homeowners with a beautifully protected floor in less than one day.
Originally used in commercial settings, Flexmar engineers have tailored
their technology to a fast-drying residential application for garage
interiors. When compared to traditional epoxy floor drying times of up
to four days, Flexmar and Slide-Lok have positioned themselves to
dominate the garage floor coating market by providing convenience back
to the customer.
According to the terms of their agreement, Flexmar Coatings, LLC has
awarded the distribution rights of this new technology to garage cabinet
and garage interiors giant, Slide-Lok Garage Interiors. Slide-Lok will
now make this exciting garage floor coating system available to the
public by way of their 150+ North American dealer network. Jack Bracco,
president of Flexmar Coatings, LLC explains, “By
combining the strengths of Flexmar concrete coating systems technology
and Slide-Lok’s broad dealer network, we have
positioned ourselves to take command of the over $800 million annual
garage interiors and floor coatings market.”
This fast-drying technology allows Slide-Lok flooring applicators to
complete a garage floor coating system in four to six hours from start
to finish that can be walked on in as little as one to two hours and
driven on within 24 hours of completion. Bracco also says, “Quick

and high bond strength to concrete make this Flexmar coating system
truly revolutionary and unique.”
