The Dissident Chef (AKA Russel Jackson), contacted Crooked Brook to cut, sew, and embroider the custom chef coats for him and his crew. Russell is the owner of SubCulture Dining, an exclusive restaurant with locations in San Francisco and New York City. SubCulture Dining provides a unique underground dining experience, which more than often turns into an adventure. Since 1989, Crooked Brook has designed, cut and sewn chef jackets for the most rebellious names in the noble art and science of gastronomy.

The Dissident Chef (AKA Russel Jackson), contacted Crooked Brook, maker of "The World's Highest Quality Chef Jackets™" to cut, sew, and embroider the custom chef coats for him and his crew.

Russell's chef jacket was a Crooked Brook style BSM100, in White, 100% cotton Petit Point Pique fabric, with short sleeves, and natural Abalone shell buttons.

His crew got Crooked Brook style BSM100, in White 100% cotton Gabardine fabric, with short sleeves, and natural Abalone shell buttons.

Embroidery for all chef coats is as follows:

Left shoulder sleeve: SubCulture Dining logo
Center back: SubCulture Jolly Roger flag logo
Left chest, in Black colored thread and Fette Classic font: Chef's initials (all caps).
