Gary Stephens, a 30-year veteran of commercial real estate, has been appointed Director for the South East Region. Joining Gary to support local clients are Brianne Moran and Allan Starnes.

Joining Gary in the Charlotte office will be Brianne Moran and Allan Starnes. Brianne is a 15-year commercial real estate veteran, focusing on investment groups, retailers, developers and building owners. Brianne joins Covendium from Allegiance Reality Corp, a private real estate investment firm specializing in institutional-grade office properties across the US. Allan Starnes is a 40-year veteran of residential and commercial real estate, and maintains a license as a real estate broker. A former homebuilder, Allan understands the issues associated with both building and reselling properties.
