Vatterott is now offering Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training at three additional locations: Memphis, Des Moines and Omaha. The new course will cover topics such as extreme driving hazards, night operations, emergency maneuvers, hazardous materials, and bus driving. The commercial driver's license training at Vatterott includes classroom learning and behind the wheel driving experience.

A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required for drivers who operate trucks with a gross vehicle weight of 26,001 pounds, or who operate a vehicle carrying hazardous materials or oversized loads. Driver-training courses are critical to preparing for CDL testing. Successful students of the CDL training program will be eligible to test for the Commercial Driver’s License.
