Common Outlook Consulting introduces a new Guide that reveals how people react to change and delves into specific strategies one can immediately incorporate on the job and in one’s relationships with others.

The Guide is divided into three sections. The first section is a brief outline about change. The second section examines the three phases of change: Letting Go; Transitioning; and Beginning Anew. The final section reinforces the skill-set and knowledge acquired, with the goal to inspire the reader to move forward. Understanding the change process better allows one to not just survive change, but embrace it and even thrive on it.
