Our market offers a unique opportunity to do national caliber work for major clients
Toledo, OH (Vocus) April 10, 2009
For the fifth time, Communica, Inc. has been named one of America's " Top Business-to-Business Advertising Agencies " by B-to-B Magazine, a national Crain's publication tailored to marketing strategists. The list appeared in the magazine's April 2009 issue.
Communica was recognized, in large part, for their growth over the past year including a new office in Detroit, Michigan. In 2008, Communica gained major clients including, but not limited to, Ashland, BASF, and Masco Builder Cabinet Group.
Communica Senior Vice President, Jim Rush, explains the successful strategy behind the agency's growth. "We are throwing a wider, more regional net to garner new business and we're finding that regional and national clients respond to the combination of strong work and real value. Communica bases its success on delivering world-class marketing strategy, employing the creative talent to ensure the impact, and the commitment to perfect execution."
The magazine bases its Top Agency list on estimated yearly revenue, key clients, and employee growth and talent. This year's list included such nationally acclaimed agencies as Oglivy, Digitas, Euro RSCG, and BBDO. "Our market offers a unique opportunity to do national caliber work for major clients," said Communica founder and CEO, Jeff Kimble. "Being recognized as one of the best agencies five times now is truly exciting."
Communica serves a wide range of national, regional and local clients ranging from Tuffy Auto Service Centers, MTS Seating, Bowling Green State University, Scioto Services, Ashland, Masco Builder Cabinet Group, Severstal, RELM Wireless, and the USGA's 2011 U.S. Senior Open. This isn't the first time the agency has received national attention. Their work has been included in the permanent graphic arts/design collection of the Library of Congress. They have also been awarded over a dozen International Telly awards and received the New York Festival's top honors for financial advertising. Communica was honored with a national SAPPI grant award for their pro bono work created for David's House Compassion, and has won countless local ADDY Awards.
