Using Stellar Technology Solution’s web-based iPhi™ solution, the Foundation engages donors and partners seamlessly at all operational Levels

The result is that we’ve been better able to serve our community, increase our transparency, be more efficient in our business processes and increase our offerings; all while navigating a challenging economy

Stellar Technology Solutions LLC, a leading provider of web-based solutions for philanthropic management, announces the benefits gained by the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation (GGBCF) after the full implementation of its iPhi™(integrated philanthropy) product suite.

In the 4 years leading up to the economic downturn the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation had successfully doubled in asset size and the number of funds they manage while increasing their granting by more than 250%. When the economy started to turn it became apparent to CEO David Pamperin that he needed the operational infrastructure capable of sustaining the success they had achieved. Engaging donors, partners and non-profit agencies would be critical to maintaining their success and remaining competitive in the market place during a difficult economy.

GGBCF’s president, board and staff had a significant vision for enhancing the operational back office of the foundation while extending real time information and interactivity to donors, agencies, grantee organizations and even visitors to their public web site.

“Our original goal was to enhance our technical infrastructure and provide secure on-line gifting and granting access to our donors in support of our growth,” explains David Pamperin, President and CEO of Greater Green Bay Community Foundation. “What we realize now is that the Stellar suite of products enabled us to fully integrate data from our public site to our private constituent views (donors, agencies) and to our staff operations at the Foundation. By providing interactive and dynamic information in a single web-based solution, we empower our constituents to take action. The result is that we’ve been better able to serve our community, increase our transparency, be more efficient in our business processes and increase our offerings; all while navigating a challenging economy.”

iPhi CoreEnterprise™ provides GGBCF with a single software platform enabling real time, cross-departmental tracking and consolidated reporting of donors, funds, transactions, information, communications, accounting and investment data as philanthropic transactions flow through their lifecycles.

The secure private views for donors and partners extend this real-time information to personalized online access dashboards, enabling GGBCF donors, financial advisors, agencies and other partners to interact with immediately available and changing information, reports, statuses and financial/transactional information. Online transactions entered by constituents flow seamlessly to Stellar’s iPhi CoreEnterprise™ (back office).

iPhi WebManager™ provides GGBCF with a web-based Content Management System to manage its overall web presence and delivers engaging and relevant online experiences via GGBCF’s public website. In addition, the Foundation recently launched Giving Opportunities which provides online-giving links on the foundation’s website for specific programs/projects critical to the mission of the foundation enabling directed real-time contributions.

We are very pleased at Stellar Technology Solutions to have been able to work with the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation to assist them in achieving their business and technology goals said Bryan Mileger President and CEO of Stellar Technology Solutions. We believe that the integrated nature of our suite of products is quite unique in the philanthropic market place and that organizations such as the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation can derive significant benefits from the improvement in the quality of services they can provide to their donors, board members, grantee organizations and broader community members.
