Jules Trono, President & CEO of Compass Business Solutions, led an informative session about training for videoconferencing products at the PACOM VTC Symposium on Ford Island. The session encouraged symposium attendees to think outside the box when it comes to training.

“Training isn’t about standing in front of a group of students and running through a slide deck,” stated Jules Trono, President of Compass. “So often we forget that training can be as simple as a laminated card left in a conference room that provides instructions on how to wake up the system and dial a call.
