Online creative review collaboration and workflow is now easier due to a partnership between ConceptShare and OpenText™. ConceptShare makes it easier to share, communicate, and collaborate, allowing users to annotate and markup creative work from documents and images to time-based video and web pages.

OpenText Media Management allows an entire organization to produce, use, and publish digital media and automate the associated processes. An important aspect of these processes is the review and approval of creative materials. The partnership will allow distributed creative and marketing teams to initiate reviews, view and annotate creative assets in OpenText Media Management, and track stakeholder feedback, change requests and approval status.

“Regardless of the industry, teams of people developing content need a fast, easy, powerful and flexible way to collaborate around media assets,” said Vinit, Doshi, Vice President, Customer Experience Management Solutions at Open Text. “By partnering with ConceptShare, a creative review technology leader, OpenText Media Management users gain sophisticated functionality within a familiar platform. We’re allowing multiple users to interact remotely, drive to approval on creative materials and gain additional productivity from our leading digital asset management platform.”

“ConceptShare was designed and developed for creative teams and organizations that need to share, communicate, and collaborate on creative work. Our creative review capabilities allows teams to capture clear and actionable feedback on media assets, accelerate the review process and realize significant productivity and time-to-market benefits,” said Nish Patel, CEO, ConceptShare. “Our partnership with OpenText delivers a solution that meets the creative review needs of their customers regardless of size, industry or workflow. This partnership will significantly expand the reach of ConceptShare’s market leading creative review technology.”

The ConceptShare integration with OpenText Media Management will provide annotation and markup capability for documents, images, audio, web pages, interactive assets and video. Secure, controlled access is provided for internal/external users or agencies to collaborate during the creative review and approval process. All actions from feedback, to change requests, to approvals are saved; including reviewer actions, date and time of all annotations and comments that are created, modified or deleted. All annotations, change requests and approvals gathered after a review cycle is completed are stored as metadata and can be used for auditing, metrics, and reporting purposes. Tools include commenting, drawing, cropping, highlighting, inserting clipart, zoom and pan, frame accurate video markup, side-by-side comparison view and security controls.
