The Front Discharge Mixveyor is the first and only front mounting concrete conveyor belt system on the market. Designed for easy operation, maximum maneuverability, and a long life, this concrete conveyor allows operators to pour concrete up to 36 feet away from the concrete mixer in a 220º radius around the truck. Its single beam design reduces the overall weight of the conveyor, while its low stored profile makes it easy to move the unit in and out of storage.
Equipped with a standard Polar Radio Remote Control system, the concrete conveyor allows for safe and precise operation. Because the belt mounts in front of the truck, the operator gains a clear view of the job site from inside the cab and can easily maneuver around obstacles to position the belt in the ideal position for efficient pouring. With flexible reach and excellent stability, the Front Discharge Mixveyor offers exceptional performance on sites with uneven terrain.
This concrete conveyor is built to last. Considerations about wear and tear on components were factored into the design of the unit. The head pulley scraper, which keeps the belt cleaner, was designed for extreme efficiency and low wear. The conveyor is powered by hydraulics with no chains used for swing and swivel.
