Avaya will present “KM in a Box: What You Need to Know, Didn’t Yet Know and Might Have Never Known About Your Knowledge Management Program” on Wednesday, May 4 at 9:45 a.m. in the Grand C room. This session will demonstrate how to engage business stakeholders for the most successful knowledge management program possible as well as share successful implementation strategies and how to extract value from knowledge management analytics.
