The meeting, held in Sydney, will focus on strategies to retain customers and maintain a competitive edge through informative discussion sessions and hands-on training with Consona product experts.

Each year, Consona's regional user group meetings bring to light new knowledge and different ways to attain more value from Consona products. Through product demonstrations, interactive sessions and hands-on training, Consona customers can gain greater insight into their product solutions and ultimately optimize their businesses' performance. The regional user forums ensure this insight is shared globally so Consona customers in various regions can take advantage of the same opportunity for knowledge.
The two-day event will be held at the Sebel Pier One Hotel in Sydney. Day one will start with an update on Consona's regional business and an overview of the product roadmap. The remainder of the sessions will be dedicated to various topics, including how to improve customer service while reducing operational costs and how to drive revenue out of the service organization. Day two will deliver hands-on, technical sessions designed to help attendees drive more value out of their existing Consona CRM software solutions. The educational sessions will be augmented with various networking and roundtable events.
