Information presented included an overview of scheduling theory, various demos, tips from both current users and Consona product experts, interactive discussions and opportunities to learn from other industry professionals. Held at the Marriott North in Indianapolis, this event was highly attended by users around the Midwest and East regions.
The majority of those in attendance had already implemented the Made2Manage Advanced Scheduling module and was looking to better leverage its capabilities, while others were planning to or in the process of implementing the solution.
“I really enjoyed the user presentations,” said Keith LeCompte of Quality Control Corporation. “I think stories of success, as well as trials and tribulations, help users or potential users appreciate the product more.”
When asked if they would recommend the SIG event to a colleague, 93 percent of those in attendance said, “yes.”
“This event was very informative,” said Tracy Smart of Cobham Sensor Systems. “It tied up a lot of loose ends in scheduling to me which was great.”
