With sixteen integrated software modules for quality management and compliance management, the Quality for Consona by uniPoint software suite transforms a company’s quality management system into a collaborative environment for continual improvement, while tracking the total administrative cost of quality at every stage. Quality for Consona by uniPoint encompasses the principles of lean manufacturing and bridges a multitude of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO/TS 16949, AS9100 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and Part 820 compliance.

The software suite has the unique ability to integrate data from Consona’s Made2Manage, Intuitive, Encompix and Cimnet enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms. Integration substantially reduces the time required for quality management by leveraging existing manufacturing data to eliminate redundant data entry. Over 80 continual improvement management reports save time compiling reports and streamline preparation for quality audits. Reports are written in Crystal Reports, enabling users to easily modify and create new quality reports.

Quality for Consona by uniPoint provides a paperless quality system where all documents can be shared, viewed or emailed. Everyone with security access can view relevant documents from their own workstations to stay informed of the status of each quality record. Users can send documents and to-do notification using email. Recipients can add their input and forward the quality record to its next stage. Each user can be set up with different access rights for each module including no access, read only, edit or full rights.
