Prior to the dashboard implementation, Rotobrush was unable to track the lifecycle of a customer from marketing lead through paying customer. QlikView tied together data from different parts of the ERP application to give a complete picture of the sales cycle. This gave Rotobrush new insight into how effective their sales process was at any point in the cycle.
