As part of their ongoing effort to deliver the ideal client experience, Consumer Attorney Services deployed a new online client portal at the start of May to further improve transparency, client oversight and communication.

As part of their ongoing effort to deliver the ideal client experience, Consumer Attorney Services deployed a new online client portal at the start of May to further improve transparency, client oversight and communication. The online client portal includes a host of new features including simple document submission, secure messaging, summaries of demographic and financial information and more.

Developed by Indisoft, LLC. and powered by RxOffice ®, the new client portal creates a secure online environment for interaction between Consumer Attorney Services and their clients. Clients are able to access the portal from any place with an Internet connection. In the month of May alone, more than 500 clients from Consumer Attorney Services signed in across the United States to utilize the portal’s helpful features.

Upon logging in, clients can immediately review their contact, financial and property information. This helps to ensure no errors were made in the processing of their information. Additionally, in the case that an error in the client information is discovered, clients can immediately send a secure message to Consumer Attorney Services with the required revisions.

Clients are also able to review their hardship affidavit prior to submission to mortgage lenders. Because several documents are typically required by mortgage lenders to be submitted with the hardship affidavit, a document submission tool is also available via the online portal. Clients can easily and securely upload employment information, tax information, bank statements and more.

The messaging feature allows clients to communicate directly with Consumer Attorney Services at any time in a similar way to email. Currently, Consumer Attorney Services is in the process of unrolling further enhancements to the dedicated messaging system.
