Rebuilding After a Financial Crisis.

Many circumstances in life can disrupt even the best money management plan. That is especially true during challenging economic times, where many folks experience financial hardships. Consumers Credit Union presents practical solutions to these situations at its free seminar, "Rebuilding After a Financial Crisis." This no-cost educational workshop is hosted by Consumers Credit Union (CCU $530 M; Waukegan, IL) and Consumers Cooperative Association.

"Most people would like to have a firmer handle on their personal financial situation," said Sean M. Rathjen, CCU President. "'Rebuilding After a Financial Crisis" provides the tools to help make that possible. Those in attendance will receive practical, no-nonsense suggestions that are easy to implement and just about anyone can use. The workshop offers a great opportunity to experience how making a few small changes can make a big difference when it comes to rebuilding your financial condition."

"Rebuilding After a Financial Crisis" is produced by BALANCE Financial Fitness, one of the credit union's strategic partners. BALANCE specializes in helping people manage their financial resources. The workshop will be presented by Lizbeth Sanchez, who brings years of experience in financial management to the seminar. Her presentation includes building a better budget, strategies for repaying debt, how to rebuild credit while saving more and replenishing your retirement fund.
