Evanston, IL (PRWEB) October 28, 2011
In August, Inc. Magazine ranked ConsumerBase, a database marketing company based in Evanston, IL, No. 2471 on its fifth annual Inc. 500|5000 list, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. ConsumerBase is ranked No. 98 among Chicago-based companies with a 3 year sales growth of 95%.
“We are pleased to be recognized on a national level among America’s greatest entrepreneurs,” says Larry Organ, CEO and founder of ConsmerBase. “To be included in such a list confirms ConsumerBase’s leadership in the direct marketing industry.”
ConsumerBase joins Spirit Airlines, television maker Vizio, Zipcar, Dunkin Donuts and Pandora among other prominent brands featured on this year’s list. The companies on the list report having created 350,000 jobs in the past three years, and aggregate revenue among the honorees reached $366 billion, up 14 percent from last year.
“Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward. Growth companies, not large corporations are where the action is,” says Inc. magazine Editor Jane Berentson.
