InsideCounsel is pleased to have Business Integrity join the prestigious group of firms who are participating as sponsors at the 10th annual SuperConference. We invite all of our delegates to visit their demonstration of ContractExpress for SharePoint.

Business Integrity today announced that the company will be demonstrating its ContractExpress for SharePoint solution at the tenth annual SuperConference. ContractExpress for SharePoint is built upon SharePoint 2007 and provides out of the box workspaces and workflows that enable the automated creation and management of a contract throughout its lifecycle. From initiation, approval, execution performance management and archiving, each out of the box workflow can be customized to match the business processes required for the contracts in your organization.

SuperConference is presented by InsideCounsel, the pioneering monthly magazine exclusively serving general counsel and other top in-house legal professionals. It is scheduled for May 25-26th, 2010 at the Fairmont Chicago.

Karen Cariello, Associate publisher at InsideCounsel commented “InsideCounsel is pleased to have Business Integrity join the prestigious group of firms who are participating as sponsors at the 10th annual SuperConference. We invite all of our delegates to visit their demonstration of ContractExpress for SharePoint.”

ContractExpress enables Legal to do more in-house, reducing spend on outside counsel. By providing self service contract creation to its business users, Legal can make more effective use of its experienced attorneys and speed up revenue recognition for the corporation.

ContractExpress for SharePoint presents business users with an easy to use self-service, browser based, business orientated questionnaire. The automatic workflow at the heart of ContractExpress enforces compliance by only allowing a user to access a signature ready PDF version of the generated contract if the user's answers are complete and compliant.

Incomplete, non-compliant, or non-standard answers, including any request by the counterparty for a Word version of the contract, are automatically routed to Legal for assistance and approval. An email is automatically sent to alert the appropriate lawyer(s) of the new request. The request contains the user's answers, a draft contract generated by ContractExpress in Word format, and any additional documents and information provided by the user.
