Golfers to play under the lights for charitable cause.

Golfers from all levels will gather at the Betty Allison Golf Course June 3 - 7 from 6-8 p.m. to golf and support Convoy of Hope.

“‘The Big Talker Shootout Golf Tournament’ presented by Big Fish Screenprinting is not only fun; it will help us help those who are poor and suffering,” says Hal Donaldson, president of Convoy of Hope.

Participants will receive a golf club (an $89.95 value) with their registration and prizes will be given for hole in-ones, long putts and making par and birdies.

“This event is an exciting partnership for us. We have been told by a number of individuals in the golf industry that our concept is unique and one of the most prize laden tournaments they have ever heard of,” said Mark Hill, station manager of 1340 AM and 99 Hit FM, “The benefit to Convoy of Hope is tremendous, especially now with the relief efforts in Moore, Okla. It’s going to be a blast!”

Entry fee for the tournament is $30.00. $20.00 of each entry fee will be donated to Convoy of Hope. Call 417.831.0995, ext. 25 today to reserve your preferred squad time. Participants must be 13 years of age or older to play.
