L’Ecole Culinaire Academy for Culinary Development announces its new line of custom cooking classes in St. Louis designed specifically for holiday meals and entertaining.

Food lovers can cook up something extra special for their family and friends this holiday season. L’Ecole Culinaire Academy for Culinary Development announces its new line of custom cooking classes in St. Louis designed specifically for holiday meals and entertaining.

Starting on November 10, 2011, L’Ecole Culinaire Academy will be offering holiday courses such as Holiday Cookie Making, Holiday Pies and Holiday Sauce Making. Each of these courses has been developed to assist the aspiring chef cook up something extra special for their family this season. Other courses include Sunday Brunch, Gingerbread and Cookie Decorating, Holiday Hors D’oeuvres and much more. Santa will even join the fun on December 17, decorating cookies with kids.

“Our holiday course schedule was designed to help home cooks and professionals expand their holiday recipe repertoire and skills,” said Chef Matthew Borchardt, director of the L’Ecole Culinaire Academy. “The classes, while based on holiday traditions like cooking and pie baking, also feature cooking skills that can be used year round.”

“These holiday classes also could be a unique gift to give that hard to buy for person. We are also especially excited for our holiday cookie decorating classes on December 17. These classes are perfect for those with an interest in baking and Santa will make a special appearance,” said Borchardt.

L’Ecole Culinaire Academy is a 2,000 square foot facility equipped with high-end residential appliances to give students the feel of a home kitchen.
