“A food truck gives culinarians and entrepreneurs affordable and immediate access to consumers. St. Louis residents have repeatedly demonstrated their willingness to try great food through their support of the food trucks in the area. The opportunity is not just for entrepreneurs avoiding the expense of brick and mortar, but actual brick and mortar locations to help drive business into their restaurants,” said John Womick Dean of Culinary Studies for L’Ecole Culinaire.
