Even more exciting, viewers are encouraged to Tweet at Twitter.com/MMitK and Email questions to cooking@MMitK.com during the live class that Capps will answer in real time. Based on the suggestions of the viewers, Capps selects several segments from the class to create 'how-to' clips. These clips are then Emailed to subscribers who build a truly custom culinary library from this ongoing series.

The future is filled with flavor as Meet Me In The Kitchen expands into a banquet of themes for beginners to advanced home cooks. Classes will include detailed 'how-tos' for Newlyweds, College Cooks, Singles, Family Meals, Entertaining, Organic Recipes and more. Chef Capps will incorporate his expertise as Pennsylvania's first Certified Green Caterer and an organic garden planner to help his fans get down and dirty! Upcoming topics include canning and composting.

This series of live webcasts addresses not only foodies looking for delicious recipes they can reproduce themselves. MMitK speaks to the YouTube generation who can blog, text, Twitter and Tweet with one thumb tied behind their back but couldn't navigate a kitchen if their life depended upon it.

"The kitchen used to be the heart of the home," says Camera Bartolotta, "and Meet me in the Kitchen is the CPR this generation needs to restart that heart." Chef Capps is a natural teacher, especially about his passion for great food and wine. His cooking class students have found him to be an invaluable resource for many years and some have become regulars at his Bella Sera by Greco's classes. www.bellaserabygrecos.com.

Chef Capps has a philosophy about his skills; "Cooking and food are a way of life for me, far less of an art form - more of a craft in my eyes. Creating tasteful and enjoyable foods for others to appreciate is something I find great joy in doing."
