Total Customized Fitness announces their new Corporate Fit Challenge program for the Greater Cleveland area. This nationally-recognized wellness program provides six weeks of fitness and nutritional guidance from certified fitness professionals.
The Corporate Fit Challenge is designed for small groups, families, or employees of eight to 20 participants. For a business, the program can help create happy, healthier employees while improving productivity and lowering health care costs.
Traci Fisher of Total Customized Fitness states that, “The Corporate Fit Challenge is an affordable, fun solution to inactivity and poor eating habits - two health risk factors that have the greatest impact on overall health. We make a personal connection and offer motivation in a short-term, easy to commit to program.”
The program requires a minimum of eight participants to start a challenge, but can accommodate up to 20. The participants do not all have to be from one company — spouses, family members, friends and neighbors are all welcome to join in. Total Customized Fitness encourages people to gather a few co-workers and their spouses to create a group. Co-workers in any setting can help encourage and support each other through a Corporate Fit Challenge. Office workers, teachers, medical offices, hair stylists, PTA or church groups, police and fire departments, city workers, or anyone else can benefit!
The full six-week program includes all one-on-one coaching, assessments, five group workouts, a Corporate Fit Challenge food guide, and kick-off and finale parties. Coaches design customized, home-based workouts and provide email coaching to help participants break through fitness barriers
