CorrPakBPS PE Film Fluidized Bed Liners Get Hard-To-Flow Dry Products Moving

CorrPakBPS leading provider of dry bulk container liners, introduces the PE Film Fluidized bed liner designed to effectively move hard-to-flow products previously not conducive to dry bulk liner shipping.

Global Manufacturing for the best packaging value

CorrPakBPS provides a solution in bulk container liners by introducing the PE Film Fluidized bed liner. The PE Film Fluidized bed liners can effectively move hard-to-flow products through the use of fluidized piping. Fluidizing pipes provide a method by which the products can be infused with air, creating the flow required to discharge the product from the polyethylene liner.

Perforated PVC pipes are placed along the bottom of the PE Film Liner. When forced air is applied, the perforations in the PVC pipes spray air virtually liquefying the hard-to-flow product, allowing it to flow as easily as any other dry free-flowing material. Liners are emptied by tilting the container while injecting air into the PVC pipes to fluidize the material.

Dry bulk container liners replace 25kg bags and flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) bags, making the polyethylene liners the lowest cost per pound packaging solution in the dry free-flowing product industry. Applications of the PE Film Fluidized bed liner include, but are not limited to cement, activated carbon, lime, starch, clay, flours, carbon black, soda ash and fruit powder.

Bulk liners are the perfect solution for shipment of dry, free-flowing goods such as:

-PE, PVC, PET and PTA resins
-Other products in flake, granule, powder or pellet form

CorrPakBPS officials have been providing packaging solutions for over three decades with the motto “Global Manufacturing for the best packaging value!” providing maximum value to clients across the globe.
