We are very excited about our progress and at the steady pace we are moving, I expect our first of two model homes to begin construction very soon.

Located minutes from the towns of Uvita and Ojochal, Pacific Estates is the newest Costa Rica Real Estate project on the country’s South Pacific Coast.

With only a small fraction of the property’s 167 acres set for development, much of Pacific Estate’s infrastructure is already being put in place and recently heavy equipment was on the property preparing the land for its first phase of construction.

“Work has begun on clearing the roads and preparing the land for Phase One of our gated community,” said Meyer Godur, Pacific Estate’s Managing Director.

Godur said based on the positive reception of the project and the pricing that has been put in place, sales at Pacific Estates have already started and refundable deposits were being accepted. “We are very excited about our progress and at the steady pace we are moving, I expect our first of two model homes to begin construction very soon,” he said.

The first phase of development at Pacific Estates is Pacific Landings, a 26 lot subdivision that nestles the Coronado River and is conveniently located at the front of the property with easy access to the Pacific Coast Highway.

Set off the beaten path and landscaped with mature trees that are both native to the environment and serve as natural privacy fences, the two and three bedroom homes at Pacific Landings are not only designed for comfort, but to make the best use of the living space provided.

While the outside scheme incorporates pole house construction, cathedral ceilings, balconies on both the front and back of the house and eco-friendly elements, the inside integrates the essentials of North American, European and Costa Rican designs that utilize open space, natural lighting and building materials that are environmentally efficient and cost effective.

In addition to the two bedroom floor plan, an optional loft is available which can be used a number of ways and features a spiral staircase that ascends to an area that overlooks the living room below. The homes also include granite countertops, state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer and dryer hook ups, internet connectivity and zone controlled air conditioning.

These two bedroom two bath homes feature 1,290 Square Feet under air conditioned space and 1,537 Square Feet under air conditioned space with the optional Loft.
