Site Provides Consumers with Incentives to Share Money-Saving

CouponChief.com, a Web site
offering online coupons and discount codes, announced today a new
program called "Pays-2-Share." CouponChief.com will now pay users 2%
cash back on all purchases made from coupons they submit to the site up
to a maximum of $25 per month per store. CouponChief.com will keep track
of each user’s past and current earnings with
interactive graphs when they sign into their account so they can find
out how much it has actually paid for them to share.
Pays-2-Share is the
first incentive program to pay consumers to upload and share coupons
with friends and fellow CouponChief.com users. The feature is the only
one of its kind on an online coupon site.
Users who participate in the Pays-2-Share program can include their
coupons in a CouponChief.com widget, which can then be embedded on any
blog, Web site or social networking site. Pays-2-Share users can upload
as many as five coupons to their widget. Participants can also earn 2%
cash back from users who make a purchase as a result of clicking through
their coupon widget.
A recent study by Nielsen
(June 2008) has found that the spike in fuel prices has led 32% of
consumers to use more coupons to save money while a Harris
Interactive Study (May 2, 2008) noted that this economic factor
spurred 33% of online US adults to shop online rather than in-store. “With
