This is fair to both our customers and the people they are looking for arrest reports on.

When people order an arrest records package from CourtRecords.us.org they will now include mug shots as part of the verification process, company officials said yesterday.
“There are a lot of people with the same or similar names, even in the same neighborhood or building,” a company representative said. “We don't want to have a customer think they've found arrest reports about someone, only to find out that they belong to a different John Smith.”
Having the jail photos attached to the reports will allow consumers to look at the photos and see if they match the face of the person they are researching, the company said.
“A picture is worth a thousand words, and mug shots don't lie,” the representative said. “This way, people can not only get the arrest records they are looking for, but also visually verify the records.”
The company said they came up with the idea of including jail photos after a few customers complained about mistaken identity.
“This is fair to both our customers and the people they are looking for arrest reports on,” the representative said. “It ensures that there will be no confusion and that people will only be acting on accurate and reliable information.”
Jail shots for juveniles or for people who have had their arrest records expunged will not be included in the package.
“We will follow all of the terms of the public records law,” the representative said.
