Mahwah, NJ (PRWEB) September 20, 2011
One of the best hotels in Mahwah is getting better. On September 30, 2011, the Courtyard Mahwah Hotel finishes a $2 million dollar renovation. The renovation sees nearly every aspect of the hotel overhauled.
Beginning with the exterior, the hotel’s facade has been refreshed, welcoming guests inside. The Courtyard Mahwah hotel offers new outdoor furniture on the terrace providing guests the ideal place to relax or access Wi-Fi in the pleasant New Jersey weather.
Inside the re-designed hotel, guests are treated to one of the most vibrant lobbies amongst North New Jersey hotels. The guest experience begins with welcome pedestals that replace the traditional front desk, providing a more personalized arrival experience. Also located in the new lobby is the signature GoBoard®--an interactive touch screen LCD TV that allows guests to access driving directions, view local weather, find a local restaurant and catch up on the latest news.
Perhaps the most exciting addition is the Courtyard Mahwah’s new restaurant, The Bistro- Eat. Drink. Connect.™. The Bistro offers a café-style dining experience with fresh, healthy options for breakfast and dinner. The menu includes such items as the Sunrise Starter with eggs, bacon and sharp cheddar on an artisan roll and Asian Chicken Salad with chili lime vinaigrette, along with favorites like the juicy Bistro Burger. Guests can unwind in the evening right at the hotel with a cocktail, beer or wine. For caffeine-addicts, The Bistro also offers Starbucks beverages all day.
After guests have eaten their fill, there are plenty of places to spread out, including Media Pods featuring personal TVs and power outlets. Other options include tables and comfortable sofas throughout the space--all with access to complimentary wireless Internet.
Each of the 134 guest rooms and 12 suites have been revamped with new carpet, lighting and furniture to communicate a truly modern feel. The rooms have also gained a Sharp flat screen TV and General Manager, Jeaneane Kologrivov, anticipates offering complimentary wireless Internet by year-end.
Guests traveling for business meetings see updates in the event space as well. The 1,300 square feet of meeting space at the Courtyard Mahwah Hotel now features updated carpets, vinyl surfaces, tables and chairs to host a truly state-of-the-art meeting.
When the hotel reopens on September 30, it will welcome guests to one of the finest hotels in Mahwah.
