Coverbind Corporation®, an innovative, international company dedicated to providing high quality report-binding products that enhance and protect government documents with top notch professionalism, has announced today that it will be releasing its GoGreen document covers at the GSA Training Conference & Expo that will take place May 15-17, at the Henry B Gonzales Convention Center in San Antonio, TX.

This event is specially designed to benefit federal, state and local government employees and military members who make or influence procurement decisions. GSA is committed to having a zero environment footprint and as part of this pledge, GSA is aiming to make this conference a leader in sustainable conferences and tradeshows with the statement, “Zero is Good”. New for 2012, as a confirmed exhibitor of the expo, Coverbind was required to complete a Green Exhibitor Scorecard as a condition for exhibiting.

Coverbind is committed to protecting the environment and to assist government entities in their efforts to protect our precious environment. Coverbind now introduces GoGreen covers that will work in all of their binding machines and are made from 100% Post Consumer Recycled paper. The GoGreen covers are made from a material that is a classic white, professional matte quality, comes in many sizes to fit the needs of any size report, and has a cut window on the front to feature a title of the report. The production process that is used to make the paper itself is ecologically sound. Water is recycled and returned to the source cleaner than it arrives, no environmental impact chemicals are used for bleaching and the energy used come from natural gas.
