The Colorado Mountain Winefest updates its look with a more user-friendly website at http://www.ColoradoWinefest.com. Patrons are able to purchase tickets for the September 16-19, 2010 event, find updated schedules and learn more about the events planned for the Winefest.
In addition, the Colorado Mountain Winefest is now using social media to stay in constant contact with wine lovers and foodies alike. Facebook, Twitter and YouTube are formats where fans of the event can stay updated. Those who are following Colorado Mountain Winefest via social media will be the first to know about new additions to the event, promotions, etc.
The organization is working with Ryan, Sawyer & Whitney, a Grand Junction, Colo.-based integrated marketing firm, to redesign their website and implement the social media program.

Colorado Mountain Winefest is the fundraiser for the trade organization of grape growers and winemakers of Colorado, the Colorado Association for Viticulture and Enology (C.A.V.E.), a 501(c)6 non-profit organization. All funds go toward education, seminars, research and equipment purchases to improve the grape growing and winemaking of Colorado wines. Thousands of wine lovers make the annual pilgrimage to Palisade, Colo., to sample a growing array of Colorado wines and participate in a variety of events, including winery tours, chef demonstrations, V.I.P. events and the always popular grape stomp.
