Certified Payment Processing (CPP) has hired Silvery Brown-Aquino to take on the responsibilities of Quality Assurance Manager.

She has 20 years of experience working in call centers, and 16 years in management. This will be invaluable to our telemarketing and recruiting call centers.

Silvery Brown-Aquino has joined Certified Payment Processing (CPP) as the new Manager of Quality Assurance. In this capacity, she will lead a team of Quality Analysts to measure and improve the effectiveness of services provided by Operations and Sales. She will also work to document all company procedures and best practices.

“Silvery brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to CPP,” says Pranay Shah, Vice President of Operations. “She has 20 years of experience working in call centers, and 16 years in management. This will be invaluable to our telemarketing and recruiting call centers.”

Before coming to CPP, Brown-Aquino spent nine years with T-Mobile, where she took on increasing responsibilities in such positions as Business Support Manager and Team Manager. For three years, she worked for Gateway, Inc. in roles that included Quality Assurance Auditor, Business Process Manager and Development Trainer.

Silvery has a Bachelors in Business Administration/Project Management from DeVry University, and has received numerous credentials, including Certified Coach and Certified Sales Facilitator.
