Collective Point of Sale Solutions, Canada’s Choice for Payment Processing and Merchant Services, announced today that it continues to experience strong business growth in 2011 with sales increasing by 36% and EBITDA increasing by 63% in the first quarter.

"We are extremely pleased with our first quarter results.” says Michael Back, President. “New merchant accounts signed, transaction processing volumes and the number of actively processing merchants all exceeded our projections for the quarter. We are really starting to see our investment in human resources and our focus on launching new products pay off.”

Collective POS continues to execute on its business plan to target small to medium-sized businesses in the Canadian marketplace. Collective POS competes by providing guaranteed low rates for debit and credit card processing, a lifetime repair or replacement warranty program and offering merchants the option to either purchase or lease their point of sale terminal as opposed to perpetually renting.
