Credit Solutions Again Delivers High Marks on Customer Service, Q3/08 Industry Survey Shows

Credit Solutions settled $99.6 million in unsecured consumer debt during Q3/08 and managed to outrank other customer service-oriented companies in a series of Q3 client satisfaction surveys.

The Customer Relations Metrics Q3/08 Benchmark Report shows that Credit Solutions consistently scored above average in the following categories of a customer service comparison among financial services, government agencies, utilities, insurance companies, manufacturers and health care providers July – September, when 1,226 customers were surveyed:

96.7% of Credit Solutions clients strongly felt they were treated as valued customers compared to 89.7% of clients surveyed in other industries. 94.5% were satisfied with their service representative's level of expertise versus 83.6% in other industries. 94.7% were delighted with their client services representative compared to 92.1% in other industries.
