Forrester Research, one of the most highly regarded research firms, has described Critical Mass (http://www.criticalmass.com) as having the highest score for current offering for both transaction-led and image-led Web Projects.

    The report, "The Forrester Wave: Interactive Marketing Agencies - Web Design Capabilities, Q2 2007" was published on April 11, 2007. Forrester evaluated 15 leading interactive firms based on their expertise in both transaction-led and image-led Web projects and named Critical Mass a leader in both these categories.

The detailed evaluation was summarized into three areas:

-- Current offering (which includes design process, user experience, skills and staffing, user research and satisfaction of reference clients)

-- Strategy (which includes market positioning, clarity of vision, industry focus, and emerging technologies)

-- Market presence (which includes revenues, billable staff and number of North American offices).

Forrester surveyed 15 firms, all with significant market presence and blue-chip clients, by conducting Web site reviews and Brand Image reviews of two reference Web sites supplied by each agency. Forrester also interviewed senior leadership and reference clients from each firm.
