It is essential that we understand and listen to our market and develop a strategy that embraces new clients, ensures them a smooth transition into our organization, and cares for them once they become part of the Choice family

Choice Logistics, Inc., the leading provider of critical service parts logistics, announced today that John LaHaye, Senior Vice President of Business Development, will oversee all client-facing departments. Chuck Robinson, Vice President of Account Services, will assume additional responsibility for all functions in the company’s Client Transition Management structure and report directly to LaHaye.

“It is essential that we understand and listen to our market and develop a strategy that embraces new clients, ensures them a smooth transition into our organization, and cares for them once they become part of the Choice family,” said Michael Katz, CEO of Choice Logistics. “This change continues our quest toward Customer Excellence and Global Operations Excellence in critical service parts logistics.”

The adjustment in the organization builds on last year’s introduction of a Client Transition Management structure, which aligned Choice Logistics’ Implementation Management, Account Integration Management and Account Services teams. Robinson will now have direct responsibility for all of these organizations. LaHaye will assume executive responsibility for post-sale functions while continuing to direct all sales and marketing efforts. Today’s announcement is meant to ensure that clients see the same high quality in language and actions across proposals, statements of work, contracts and service delivery.
