Crooked Brook was contacted by Jessica Mogardo, Corporate Pastry Chef of the Garces Group to make custom chef jackets for her and Garces Culinary Director, Michael Fiorello. Jessica and Michael will wear the chef jackets while they assist Chef Jose Garces, founder of the Garces Group when he competes on Iron Chef America this fall.
Jessica's chef jacket is a Crooked Brook style BSM105, in Black, 100% Egyptian cotton Gabardine fabric, with a left shoulder sleeve patch pocket with center stitch, and Brass on Nickel buttons.
Michael's chef jacket is a Crooked Brook style BSM105, in Black, 100% Egyptian cotton Gabardine fabric, with short sleeves, a left shoulder sleeve patch pocket with center stitch, and Brass on Nickel buttons.
Embroidery is as follows:
Left chest, in Chrome colored thread, Cheltenham Tall font: chef's name.
Right shoulder sleeve: Garces Group logo.
Two inches below Garces Group logo: Pig skull logo.
