We have all heard Einstein’s famous quote about the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Yet millions of people are surprised when they continue on the same unsuccessful fitness goal path. On Saturday, November 13th, attendees of the Sports and Fitness Expo at the Orange County Marketplace will have an opportunity to erase those old fitness habits and identify a program to help them reach their goals successfully.
Hosted by CrossFit Endurance - a sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential – the free Expo will surprise athletes and Orange County residents alike, as it will boast the fittest people on the planet; a panel featuring the country’s leading CrossFit experts; a beer garden; competitions; shopping; and guest speakers.
CrossFit Endurance gives individuals a full body workout faster and more efficiently than any other program, all while achieving improved results by challenging participants to get the most out of their workouts. “If you don’t perform, feel or look the way you want, CrossFit Endurance can provide positive results through our programming and community,” said Brian MacKenzie, Cofounder and Managing Partner of CrossFit Endurance.
CrossFit Endurance may be new to many, however its strategies and methodologies stem from the same passion for health, fitness and athletic performance that has made its sister company, CrossFit, the fastest growing fitness movement worldwide.
Unlike many programs, CrossFit Endurance alters its Workout of the Day, or a WOD as CrossFitters refer to it, to keep participants engaged and powerful. “Our goal is to show a path that has not been illuminated,” said Doug Katona, Cofounder and Managing Partner of CrossFit Endurance. “We are not for everyone…only for those who want to have a home in which they can grow both mentally and physically as an athlete to realize their chosen potential.”
While CrossFit Endurance is not for the faint of heart, MacKenzie and Katona believe it transforms lives.
Discover the power of CrossFit Endurance for yourself! The Expo will be open from 8 am to 4 pm and is located at 88 Fair Drive in Costa Mesa.
