Crossvale has long understood that the people-process-technology ‘Trinity of Improvement’ is broken. Many vendors focus on only one of these areas and provide customers with a less than optimal solution.

Crossvale, Inc. a leading provider of integration and automation services has joined the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP). ISSSP is the principal advocate for the adoption, advancement, and integration of lean six sigma in companies around the globe. Through its participation in ISSSP, Crossvale will highlight its approach to process automation.
Crossvale's methodology in client engagements is to bridge process and technology by employing its SWIFT(tm) process automation solution. Crossvale consultants work hand-in-hand with lean six sigma and other process subject matter experts. Crossvale adds the technical platform and automation resources necessary to ensure the successful implementation of process improvement programs.
Crossvale will contribute to the ISSSP community by sharing customer case studies and white papers that demonstrate how the partnership between process experts and Crossvale's automation and integration resources deliver significant productivity gains and ROI. Crossvale provided its first customer case study to ISSSP members in September, highlighting the results from the SWIFT deployment for a national marketing services client. The client process automation project delivered greater than five times ROI, yielding productivity savings of more than $1.1 million and 17,000 hours per year, and netting the customer payback on their investment in less than four months. "Crossvale has long understood that the people-process-technology ‘Trinity of Improvement’ is broken. Many vendors focus on only one of these areas and provide customers with a less than optimal solution," stated Jason Sharp - president, Crossvale. "We view our partnership with ISSSP as a way to advance our philosophy that process improvement programs necessitate process experts and technology providers working together in order to craft a complete, turnkey solution for their clients that is cost-effective and delivers real results."
The ISSSP community's advocacy and awareness efforts help to develop lean six sigma best practices. Crossvale will participate with other members in enhancing process improvement practice areas where automation technology can add value. These include: enforcing governance and controls, reducing errors and exceptions, easing user adoption of new processes, and capturing process metrics and results data.
