Culinary Institute of Virginia's Culinary Arts program includes hands-on training with the emphasis on mastering basic professional culinary skills. Students also participate in externships as part of the Culinary Arts program to provide them with 'real world' experience. Flexible program schedules are offered with day, evening, and weekend classes; students can earn their Associate degree in less than 2 years.
