The Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) recognized David Rich, President and CEO of ICC/Decision Services with its prestigious annual Hall of Fame Award last Friday, September 26, 2008.

"David Rich is both a past president of MSPA and a talented, experienced leader in the mystery shopping trade," said John Swinburn, Executive Director of the MSPA. "His creativity and skill in the industry are widely recognized, and we are pleased to award him with this well-deserved honor."

MSPA is the only global trade association dedicated to the advancement of mystery shopping and customer experience measurement research. Its Hall of Fame Award each year recognizes an outstanding contributor to the mystery shopping industry.

With over 17 years in retail marketing and customer experience management, Rich leads ICC/Decision Services, the premier provider of customer experience management services.
