Sam K. Smith Joins Cyber Group, Inc. Board of Directors
Well known Dallas-based technology consultant and private investor adds his leadership to rising IT services company.
(PRWEB) July 20, 2006 -- Cyber Group, Inc., leading provider software and embedded systems engineering services, announced today the addition of Sam K. Smith to its Board of Directors. The appointment increases the number of Cyber Group directors to four.

Mr. Smith serves on the boards of a number of technology companies. Throughout his career at the senior executive level, Sam Smith has been at the forefront of the IT industry. In his long career at Texas Instruments, he held a number of key management positions, including Group Vice President of the Data Systems and Defense Systems Groups. Following his career at TI, he was Chairman of Landmark Graphics and a special limited partner at Sevin Rosen Management, a Texas based venture capital firm. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
