Cyber Power Systems (USA), Inc., a leader in power protection and management products, has launched a new program for value added reseller (VAR) partners. The Channel Partner Alliance program is designed to maximize partner profitability and create new sales opportunities for resellers to help power their businesses. The program offers exclusive partner discounts, one-hour response times to sales inquiries, training and an incentive program that rewards sales representatives for selling CyberPower. A new partner portal site provides live chat and immediate access to product information and promotions.

Known for reliable power protection products such as uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, surge protectors, and power distribution units, CyberPower does not sell directly to end users. Instead, the company relies on channel partners and resellers to distribute its products. To serve end users effectively, partners need quick access to product information, pricing, training, and dedicated support.
