Perry states, "Access to major employment and retail shopping centers are minutes away. Not only does Cypress Trails provide tremendous access, what I really enjoy about this development is the large lake that will provide our residents with the opportunity to relax with their families, do a little fishing, and spend time outdoors. This can all be accomplished within minutes of your workplace. The ease of access to highways, shopping and work are the major benefits to Cypress Trails."

Newmark Homes and Meritage Homes are the signature builders for Cypress Trails. The development is a 108-acre site which consists of 351 single family homes, and 4.6 acres of commercial reserves. Home prices will vary from $175,000-$225,000 for 55' lots and $200,000-$250,000 for 65' lots.

Meritage Homes prides themselves on innovative and creative floorplan designs. They have been building homes for the past 19 years, and Meritage appears on the "Fortune 1000" list of America's largest corporations.

Newmark Homes has been building homes for over 20 years, and are among the top 15 single family builders in the nation. Offering hundreds of choices in home location, design and amenities, Newmark understands there is no typical American family today.

Grand opening of the Newmark and Meritage model homes are anticipated for Summer 2007.
