Dahn Yoga announces special Position Therapy workshops to supplement the benefits of its classes and exercises. Position Therapy is a self-healing method with the same holistic origins as Dahn Yoga.

Dahn Yoga Workshops
Participants will learn simple techniques for reducing the stress and tension that underlie most illnesses. As with other Dahn Yoga workshops, the benefits of Position Therapy include reduction of pain, improved concentration and enhanced creativity.

Dahn Yoga & Health Centers, Inc., a national leader in health and wellness, has announced enhancements to Dahn Yoga workshops for 2011 with important benefits. Specialized Position Therapy workshops, with methods similar to Dahn Yoga exercises, will be offered at various Dahn Yoga locations around the country.

Position Therapy workshops will be conducted by Banya Lim, L. Ac., an Acupuncturist and fourth generation healer based in Sedona, Arizona. Her practice focuses on Spiritual Acupuncture for self-healing. With a background in Dahn Yoga and Ki Energy healing arts, Ms. Lim believes in empowering individuals to discover the healer that exists within us all.

Position Therapy is a self-healing method that starts by observing the habits built into the body and treating the body with specific movements. One can identify his or her mental state in an objective and concrete way and use this awareness to create improved health and well-being. During the workshop, participants will learn simple techniques for reducing the stress and tension that underlie most illnesses. As with other Dahn Yoga workshops, the benefits of Position Therapy include reduction of pain, improved concentration and enhanced creativity.
