Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) November 08, 2012
Michael Munson, Regional Manager for Dahn Yoga in Greater Boston, is realizing a dream come true as he and the Dahn Yoga community celebrate the Grand Opening of their new Dahn Holistic Fitness Center in Porter Square on Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge on November 9, 10 and 11, 2012.
Dahn Yoga Life shares the story of how a community's vision and then an actual dream have led to the creation of an enticing new community offering in this Boston area location. Located right on Massachusetts Avenue, Dahn Holistic Fitness Center will offer a range of Dahn Yoga classes, from beginning to advanced, healing to empowerment, and energy yoga to energy martial arts. Of note is the Center's tea room where practitioners can release tension and "get in the zone" before class, or linger after class and keep a state of openness and centeredness with a cup of tea while gazing out at the courtyard's trees and greenery.
Munson explains, "We'd like Dahn Holistic Fitness Center to serve as a kind of a community center…We're just really hoping to become a hub of healing, energy and inspiration for Cambridge and the surrounding communities."
Dahn Yoga Life reveals how this Dahn Yoga community plans to share the experience with local residents and businesses in every possible way, offering a full range of classes including Tai Chi, Life Particle Meditation Circles, children's yoga and fitness classes, plenty of beginner's classes, and exciting monthly events.
