In the August issue of the newsletter, Dahn Yoga Life, the vital role that water energy plays in our bodies is explored and several meditative and centering water exercises are offered as enhancement to regular Dahn Yoga practice.

Science has shown that all of the body’s cells are surrounded by intercellular fluid, and water is the medium through which the cells remain in constant communication with each other. In some Eastern cultures, water is seen as an analogy for vital energy, or “Ki”.
