In the June 2013 issue, the informative Meridian Series focuses on another of the body's 365 meridian points as it shares Dahn Yoga benefits. The article, “Kihae Energy Point: Where Primal Energy Gathers” gives illustrations of this important energy point that is located in the lower abdomen.
The article explains the Dahn Yoga practice of “Dahnjon Tapping” that is done before each class as a warm-up exercise “that augments vital energy and raises body temperature to facilitate more effective stretching”. Dahnjon Tapping is one of the methods explored that activates the Kihae Energy Point.
