I feel the desire to make a big change in who I really want to be and what I want to accomplish in my life. I became convinced that I have all the tools inside my brain to make this a reality.

Dahn Yoga & Health Centers, Inc., a national leader in health and wellness, spotlights the recent Lake Powell Meditation Tour in their newsletter, Dahn Yoga Life. The May 2013 issue interviews participants from the Dahn Yoga community who shared the sacred experience and strengthened their values and connections to the natural world as they prepare themselves for personal change.
The five day Lake Powell Meditation Tour held in April of this year began with a presentation of the new movie documentary, “Change: The LifeParticle Effect”, where the 200 workshop participants were introduced to the concept of how LifeParticles may ultimately be utilized to create change in one’s life.
With this theme of how to create genuine change, visits to Mago Castle in Sedona and a boat ride on Lake Powell with a meditation at Rainbow Bridge allowed the group to experience the grandeur and healing energy of these extraordinary places as a catalyst for reconnecting to nature’s values.
An important closing lecture for the workshop was given by meditation expert, Ilchi Lee on the difference between “man-made values” and “absolute values.” His words of wisdom are quoted in the article titled, “Charged with Energy and Prepared to Change” in this month’s issue.
Following that lecture, workshop participant Krista Fisher from New Jersey stated, “I feel the desire to make a big change in who I really want to be and what I want to accomplish in my life. I became convinced that I have all the tools inside my brain to make this a reality.”
