The April 2013 issue interviews participants of a recent Dahn Yoga Energy Principles Leadership Course known as “Dotong “workshop in Sedona where families strengthened their connections to each other, the Dahn Yoga community, and nature as they refreshed their outlook on life.
Dotong workshop participant Lindsey Klause of Portland, Oregon, commented on gaining trust in one’s self and hope for one’s life, “I had strayed from my true path and questioned my intuition and inner voice, listening instead to external naysayers.
